By commissioning me, you agree to everything listed in my Terms of Service, which is listed below.
GENERAL TERMS

*Proper credit must include a link or a reference back to one of my online accounts (FurAffinity, Twitter, crownedvictory.art, etc.)
**Clients may purchase a commercial license for a commissioned content for a 300% fee of the original price. With commercial rights, the client may use the commissioned content to sell their own merchandise (t-shirts, books, etc) and profit from the content in any way they'd like. The client may also change the commissioned content to their liking to promote their brand freely. Credit* is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
- We have the right to refuse or decline any commission request for any reason. The reason does not need to be disclosed.
- You must be 18 or older to commission me, and we will not accept commissions from adults that include a minor or a minor's character in the artwork, regardless of the character's depicted age.
TURNAROUND TIME / REFUNDS
- Most commissions will be completed within a month of the date that they are paid for.
- Commissions over $500 may take longer, as they tend to be more complex!
- We send work-in-progresses for each major step of the commission. If at any point a refund is asked for, we will refund you based on the remaining percentage left in the commission.
- For example, if a commission has four steps (rough sketch, lining, coloring, shading), and we're finished with the second step (lining), then you will be refunded for 50% of the cost of the commission.
- No refunds if the commission has been fully completed.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE
- CrownedVictory holds all the rights to any content created, including unused sketches and WIPs.
- CrownedVictory may choose to publish any non-private commissioned content on FurAffinity, Twitter, etc.
- CrownedVictory may use commissioned content to promote their services and business as a whole.
- CrownedVictory WILL NOT use commissioned content for commercial purposes, unless discussed with the client.
Clients MAY:
- Publish any commissioned content on their social media with proper credit*.
- Use commissioned content for personal use (profile pictures, headers, wallpapers, etc.) with proper credit*.
- Use commissioned content to promote themselves with proper credit*.
Clients MAY NOT:
- Reproduce, recreate, or use commissioned content for commercial use without a commercial license**.
- Claim that the commissioned content is their own work or publish the commissioned content without proper credit*.
- Remove watermarks or signatures on commissioned content.
- Remake any commissioned content into a physical good without prior consent.
- Alter or edit commissioned content in any way without prior consent.
- Use commissioned content to push or support any racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise bigoted narratives.
- Use commissioned content or ANY content made by CrownedVictory for NFTs or anything of the like.
